Canadian Credit Card Offers in November 2026: New Bonuses and Deadlines
What’s new after our November 7, 2026 check of every card offer we track: 50,000 PC Optimum points on the no-fee PC Financial cards, up to 200,000 points on the BMO eclipse Visa Infinite Privilege, and the offers ending before the end of January.
What is the new PC Financial offer?
All the no-fee PC Financial Mastercards now offer 50,000 PC Optimum points, worth $50 at PC Optimum stores, when you spend $100 in eligible purchases within 60 days. Apply by December 31, 2026.

Before this change, the basic PC Financial Mastercard offered 20,000 points and the World Mastercard had no welcome bonus. The World Elite Mastercard has the same 50,000-point offer. Check the terms for which purchases count.

Only if you spend a lot. The offer pays 80,000 points after $10,000 in 110 days, 40,000 more after $20,000 in 180 days, and 80,000 more after $40,000 in a year, on a card with a $599 fee and no first-year waiver. At $2,000 a month you would not reach even the first tier; you need about $2,770 a month.

What else changed this month?
Scotiabank refreshed five offers, RBC lowered the ION and ION+ bonuses, and Aeroplan card fees rise on January 12, 2027. Our separate articles cover the Scotiabank, Aeroplan and business card changes.
The RBC ION Visa now gives 3,500 points on approval plus 3,500 after $500 in 3 months (was 7,000 plus 7,000), and the ION+ gives 14,000 points on approval with no spending needed. Both offers end January 12, 2027.
